Final countdown is underway to UEFA EURO 2020. As time ticks by the City is busy readying itself for June 2020, and now we’re served with a daily reminder to help build the excitement and anticipation of hosting four games in next year’s UEFA EURO 2020 Finals.
Dublin City Council, in partnership with Hublot (the official timekeeper of UEFA EURO 2020), have launched their UEFA EURO 2020 Countdown Clock at 3 Palace Street, Dublin 2. The clock is laser projected from Dublin’s City Hall and lights up every evening at 4pm and illuminates the wall in front of Barnardo Square until 8am each morning.
Dublin is one of 12 Host Cities for UEFA EURO 2020 next June and Lord Mayor Paul Mc Auliffe thinks June cannot come soon enough, “Wow, what a fantastic way to whet the appetite for UEFA EURO 2020 next June! Dublin City Council are playing such a pivotal role in bringing UEFA EURO 2020 to life in Dublin, 2020 is going to be a fantastic year for our city”.
The UEFA EURO 2020 Countdown Clock is one of a number of City Council driven activations taking place over the coming months to help drive awareness of UEFA EURO 2020 in Dublin.
